Product Description

This product is a type of glove woven on 10-gauge or 7-gauge machines using 2-ply or 3-ply yellow yarn.

Differences Between Ply Yarns:
2-ply yarn is suitable for 10-gauge machines. The gloves woven with it have low density, are lightweight and thin, with a weight ranging from 350g (for 12 pairs) to 600g (for 12 pairs).

3-ply yarn is suitable for 7-gauge machines. The gloves made from it have high density, are thick and wear-resistant, with a weight between 600g (for 12 pairs) and 800g (for 12 pairs). They are suitable for harsher working environments.

Both specifications offer excellent breathability and comfort. The cotton material is sweat-absorbent and soft, while polyester enhances durability and tensile resistance. The hand-stitched hemming process makes the cuffs more sturdy and prevents thread fraying, while machine-stitched hemming improves production efficiency and ensures consistency.

Gloves can be customized in size according to customer requirements to ensure a snug fit that conforms to the hand shape, enhancing work safety. The product is widely used in scenarios such as construction, handling, gardening, and industrial operations, balancing protection and flexibility.

●Cuff Hemming Process
Hand-stitched Hemming: Durable, with a long service life, and not easy to fray. Machine-stitched Hemming: The machine automatically hems the thread when knitting gloves, and it is cost-effective.
●The cuff has high elasticity, so it does not constrict the wrist and ensures comfortable wearing. The tiger's mouth (the web between the thumb and index finger) is reinforced with dense stitching.

Our standard packaging is 12 pairs per small bag. Each woven bag can hold 700-800 pairs, and each carton can hold 300 pairs. We also offer customized carton packaging according to your requirements.
